                 •   The food supply chain  consists  of  the activities  and actors  that  take  food  from

                     packaging; retail and markets.
                 •   The food environment refers to the physical, economic, political and socio-cultural
                     context in which consumers engage with the food system to make their decisions
                     about acquiring, preparing and consuming food.
                 •   The consumer behaviour reflects all the choices and decisions made by consumers,
                     at the household or individual level, on what food to acquire, store, prepare, cook
                     and eat, and on the allocation of food within the household
