of the Institute of Policy and Strategy for
TAgriculture and Rural Development (IPSARD)

Development in the period 2021-2030, and vision to
2050 according to Decision No. 150/QD-TTg of the
Prime Minister dated January 28 , 2022.

Mr Le Minh Hoan, a Member of the Party Central
Committee, MARD Minister. The Editor-in-chief is Dr.
Tran Cong Thang - IPSARD Director-General. The
authors includes Dr. Truong Thi Thu Trang, MSc. Thai
Van Tinh, MSc. Nguyen Le Hoa, MSc. Le Trong Hai,
MSc. Tran Thi Thanh Nhan, MSc. Vu Huy Phuc, MSc.
Nguyen Viet Hung, MSc. Bui Thi Viet Anh. They are the
key experts in drafting the document.
The team has received detailed and qualified
support and contributions on important academic
and practical information to enable the completion of
Guidelines content from Dr. Cao Duc Phat - the former
MARD Minister, Dr. Dang Kim Son - the former IPSARD
Director-General, Dr. Dao The Anh - Vice President of
the Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences (VAAS),
Ms. Huynh Thi Thanh Tuyen from the Alliance of
Bioversity International and the International Center
for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT).
