               Smart or high-tech agriculture

               Smart    or    high-tech   agriculture   is
            application of modern technologies such as
            mechanization, automation,  etc., production
            with smart technologies to ensure safe
            products, and bring back superior productivity
            and quality compared to traditional farming. In
            the context of complicated and unpredictable
            climate change, crops are increasingly
            unstable; the environment is deteriorating,
            and the labour force is getting deficit.
            Application of intelligent technologies is one
            of the urgent solutions. In addition, smart or
            high-tech agriculture is known as “Agriculture
            4.0” and “Digital farming”. They can be more
            easily defined as the adding function, i.e.,
            smart technology + smart business + smart
            design = Agriculture 4.0.
