In Hanoi, 16th Sep 2022, under the framework of the NARDT project funded by IFAD, you are cordially invited as an important partner to the Regional Training course on Policy analysis which will be organised this September in Hanoi, Vietnam. The course will be lectured by Dr. Dang Kim Son with the main content being about policy/strategy design and policy assessment in the field of agriculture and rural development. 

The course took place in 4 days with the participation of 50 experts and researchers from both domestic and international in two formats, directly and through zoom.

After the training, CAP/IPSARD organized a study tour of the cage aquaculture model in the province near Hanoi. This study tour aims to introduce and exchange experiences on aquaculture development in Vietnam, thereby finding opportunities to promote cooperation in aquaculture development between countries.
