Network for Agriculture and Rural Development Think-tanks in Vietnam (NARDT-Vietnam) is an effort to build a flexible and integrated network that has more powerful influence on the agriculture sector and have great advantage to mainstream into current regional and country-level platforms and dialogues on agriculture and rural development policy.
The Network for Agriculture and Rural Development Think-tanks in Mekong Sub-region was launched by the Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development (IPSARD) in Hanoi - Vietnam on 20 December 2019
The Network for Agriculture and Rural Development Think-tanks in Cambodia (NARDT-Cambodia) was launched on 27 November 2019 in Phnom-penh.
The Network for Agriculture and Rural Development Think-tanks in Mekong Sub-region was launched in Cambodia by the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI) in Phnompenh on 27 November 2019
Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Viet Nam (CLMV) Training on Statistic of International Trade in Services (STIS) was held on 25-26 November 2019, in Hanoi, Vietnam.
The CLMV training was held back to back with Regional Workshop on Statistic of International Trade in Services (SITS) on 27 – 29 November 2019.
The training aimed to provide a training course for the SITS compilers on international basic concepts and definition on SITS, Extended Balance of Payment (EBOPS) breakdowns, compilation of partner country breakdowns, and to discuss the issues and challenges for the application of concepts and methodologies in the development and harmonisation of SITS in ASEAN.

Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Viet Nam (CLMV) Training on Foreign Direct Investment Statistic (FDIS) was held on 28-29 October 2019, in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
The CLMV training was held back to back with Regional Workshop on Foreign Direct Investment Statistic (FDIS) on 30 October – 01 November 2019.
The CLMV training aimed to provide a training course for the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) statistics compilers on international concepts and on specific methodology concerning Foreign Direct Investment FDI; to present and explain the implementation of concept and definitions into practice; examples and guidelines; and to discuss the issues and challenges for the application of concepts and methodologies in the development and harmonisation of FDIS in ASEAN.
