Hanoi, Viet Nam - Agriculture, farmers and rural areas have strategic positions in the process of industrialization, modernization, construction and defense of Viet Nam; preserving and promoting the national cultural identity and protecting the ecological environment. In the period of 2021-2030, the Party, the National Assembly and the Government of Viet Nam have paid special attention, led and directed to promulgate and complete many strong guidelines and policies to develop the sector in the direction of "ecological agriculture, modern rural areas, civilized farmers", such as Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2022 of the Central Committee of the Party (session XIII) on agriculture,  farmers, rural areas to 2030, vision to 2050; Decision No. 150/QD-TTg dated 28/01/2022 on the Strategy for Sustainable Agricultural and Rural Development for the period 2021-2030; Agricultural Restructuring Plan for the period of 2021-2025, etc.

The NARDT project is proud to have contributed to the process of supporting a number of units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) to develop the Strategy for Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development, including background reports as input for the Strategy; organizing consultation workshops with international partners, experts, agencies and domestic businesses.

Contribute to implementing the Minister's direction in propagation, dissemination, and provision of sufficient and comprehensive information on views, orientations, objectives, tasks, and solutions for agricultural, farmer and rural development in the coming time, again, with the support of the NARDT project, IPSARD has completed the digitized version of the above-mentioned Guidelines.
